Last year Project Management Journal published a special issue on Agile. I participated as a member of the editorial committee and we produced a summary article showing the trends observed in the papers received and published. The presentation will summarize the article.
It briefly surveys a number of key issues that are emerging in the application of agile practices to software development (SWD) and, similarly, examine recent work on extending knowledge about these practices to other task domains. We presented a framework for surfacing and discussing some of these emergent issues.
We discussed some of the topics we think are likely to become influential as agile practices move outside the SWD domain.
Registration will be open soon. Stay tuned.
