Board of Directors
The members of the Agile Montreal board of directors play an essential role in the direction and management of the non-profit organization. Their main responsibility is to ensure that Agile Montreal’s mission, which consists of facilitating and promoting the adoption of Agility in organizations in Greater Montreal, is carried out efficiently and aligned with strategic objectives.

The community’s strategies and directions are established collegially by a volunteer board of directors made up of a maximum of 9 members elected for a two-year term. Half of the members are elected on an annual rotation basis in order to preserve the organizational memory of the group and facilitate transitions in roles.
