Join the Community of Practice Amplify Liberating Structures for an engaging evening on January 18th at Concordia University!

Agenda:

5-6pm: Arrival & unstructured networking + set up for those facilitating.

6-8pm: Practice liberating structures*

8-8:30pm: Plan next meet-up. This is OPTIONAL : for those who want to participate in this discussion.

*If you would like to facilitate an LS structure or a riff, please email me the structure, and the length of time you need (up to 45 minutes max.). First come first serve:)

Roles:

• Vienna’s role will be to host the evening, and act as an active partcipant. I can also lead debriefs or feedback moments if guest facilitators desire.
• Guest facilitators will use their alloted time to practice facilitating an LS. It is up to them to design their session, share their intentions and gather input as needed.
• Participants are asked to show up fully with curiosity and an open mind, to support guest facilitators as enagaged participants. They may be asked ot offer appreciative feedback at the end of a session.
