Breaking Free from Fixed Teams: Exploring Fluid Ways of Working
Are you curious about alternatives to traditional, small static agile teams? Join us for an engaging discussion that challenges conventional thinking about how we organize and collaborate at work. Rather than prescribing specific methodologies, our experts will share the underlying principles and real-world experiences behind more dynamic, adaptive approaches to teamwork. Discover what happens when we let go of rigid team boundaries and embrace fluidity in how we work together.
Our panelists will share insights and stories from diverse approaches that all challenge the status quo:
- Reteaming: How intentionally reshaping teams can unlock innovation and growth
- FAST Agile and FluidAgile: Moving beyond fixed squads to create more robust and responsive organizations
- Ensemble Programming: Real stories of whole-team collaboration at the keyboard
- Open Space and Liberating Structures: Techniques that unleash collective intelligence and self-organization
Meet the Panel:
- Ellen Grove, Business Agility Coach
- Chris Smith, VP Operations at Gearset
- Mike Bowler, Agile & DevOps Coach and Trainer
- Olivier Gourment, Organizational & FluidAgile Coach
This isn’t a sales pitch for any single methodology. Instead, we’ll explore the shared principles that make these approaches work, share honest experiences (successes and challenges), and inspire you to experiment with techniques that might transform how your teams collaborate.
